UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

In December 2011 Café on the Dam was sold to Gianni and Sarah Ruffino. As the new owners of Café on the Dam, we would like to welcome all of the old and new customers to the Café. We aim to provide high quality service and products with new additions to our menu and some more great changes in 2012. Joins us for All day Breakfast, delicious scones, cakes and slices, a hearty lunch and a glass of Churchview wine or an ice cold beer.

A little bit about the Ruffino's...
Gianni is a chef, who has spent all his life within the hospitality industry. His parents owned Buon Appetito in Carillion Arcade, Perth for 17years, this is where Gianni began his career cooking. The Ruffino family then began Ruffino's on the Terrace in Mandurah in 2000, where Gianni spent the next 10years as Head Chef. Gianni and Sarah began managing Ruffino's on the Terrace in 2007 and continued the successful running of the restaurant until it was sold in 2010.
Sarah has a love for children and as well as being a Restaurant manager is trained in childcare and has worked as a teacher's assistant. Sarah and Gianni have 2 children, Finnley born in 2009 and Lilliana born in 2011.

We are excited to begin our new adventure at the Café, we look forward to meeting you and serving you at Café on the Dam...
